The job hunt can be challenging, but MatchBridge promotes job readiness with weekly workshops that pave the way. Covering topics ranging from job search basics to more advanced skills like professional networking, MatchBridge workshops help young job seekers build a foundation for success.

These clinics help youth avoid common mistakes. Job seekers are more likely to impress, get hired and perform well. They know what to expect, and how to best share the talents they bring to the workplace.


SF Summer Jobs+ Open Computer Lab: Tuesdays and Thursdays

During the summer MatchBridge will be holding open computer labs on Tuesdays from 1-5 p.m. and Thursdays from 2-6 p.m. to help people get signed up for San Francisco Summer Jobs+ and apply for jobs through the website. You do not have to be a MatchBridge member to attend. If you want assistance creating a profile or searching and applying for jobs through SF Summer Jobs+, please sign up for an open lab session by clicking on the blue button below.

All open labs will be held at MatchBridge, located at:
221 Main Street, Third floor (between Howard and Folsom Streets)
San Francisco, CA 94105


Weekly Job-Readiness Workshops: Fridays at 4:00 pm

Weekly skill-building workshops provide MatchBridge members with the opportunity to get support with job-development skills such as writing resumes and cover letters, completing on-line job applications, practicing interview skills, and much more. MatchBridge staff and professional volunteers will be available to provide undivided attention, assist and coach you as you prepare for the world of work. Computers and printers will also be available.

All workshops are held at MatchBridge/United Way office at 4 pm sharp on Friday afternoons, and will have a different focus each week (i.e. Resume workshop, application strategy workshop, etc.) If you are interested in attending a workshop, please fill out and submit the form below.
