SF Summer Jobs+ is a city-wide summer program to help young adults find summer employment. The goal in 2013 is to provide 6,000 jobs and work opportunities! This initiative is a partnership between the City of San Francisco, United Way of the Bay Area, the Department of Children, Youth & Their Families, the Office of Economic and Workforce Development, the San Francisco Unified School District, youth-serving nonprofits and the San Francisco business community.

Working with MatchBridge

Make MatchBridge your one-stop source for qualified, entry-level job applicants. We match your job requirements to the skills and experience of San Francisco youth; working with MatchBridge means you can both meet your employment needs and provide life changing work opportunities for those who need them most. Here are a few of the ways MatchBridge can meet your hiring needs:

• Employer Spotlight Events: Meet applicants prescreened for your job openings, and interview them on the spot.
• On-site Interviews: Interview qualified applicants at the location most convenient for you — MatchBridge will work with you to refer applicants and schedule interviews.
• Online Application Preparation:Have MatchBridge hold an application prep-session for your company, and work with you to refer candidates who qualify for an interview.

After a Hire

This nonprofit, no-fee service doesn’t end there. MatchBridge will follow-up with the new hire and supervisor to ensure satisfaction. Your company can rely on our ongoing partnership, and response to future hiring needs.
