How can we foster positive work experiences, and prepare youth for long term success?
How can we encourage them to develop the work habits and marketable skills required today by San Francisco businesses?
Refer Youth, Share Resources & Learn Together
Through referral networks MatchBridge enjoys with youth-serving organizations, we connect job seekers to the job-readiness coaching that leads to confidence in the workplace. We bring cross-sector partners to one table, and build awareness of the strengths, needs and perspectives of educators and agencies.
Stay Current with Business Hiring Needs
MatchBridge informs agencies and schools about the ever-changing needs of private sector business. We track and share trends like average entry-level wages, and required skills for particular industries. This helps partners refer suitable applicants, prepared to succeed.
Help Us Help Them
MatchBridge provides follow-up to both the Jobseeker and the employer to maximize job retention. We will work hard to help facilitate any concerns to ensure that they can keep that job. Just check in periodically at 7, 30, 60, and 90 days to give us a heads up so we can track the Jobseeker’s progress and help wherever and whenever we can.
Many seasoned professionals enjoy being MatchBridge volunteers. Sharing real world perspectives, volunteers mentor youth on their presentation, interviewing styles, work readiness and resume writing.
