Zoom In: Episode 20 – Women
Each semester and during the summer, BAYCAT students
collaborate to produce an episode of our award-winning
youth-created TV show, Zoom In.
In this episode, students talk to important women in their lives, interview women entrepreneurs, and also dig into history to debunk stubborn stereotypes. Join us to see what they discovered!
May 5th, 5:30pm – 8:00pm
Presentation begins promptly at 6:30pm.

Program for Investigation and Training for Careers in Health (PITCH)
Dates/Times: July 19th – August 6th / Monday through Friday 9 am- 4 pm
Other:Orientation July 12th 6pm – 8 pm
About:Now in its 4th year, this UCSF program encourages high school students in the San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD), particularly those who may be the first in their families to pursue a 4-year college degree, to explore health care careers and receive guidance for college.
The Program Investigating Training and Careers in Health is an opportunity for incoming high school juniors to:
Spend three weeks at UCSF exploring careers in health and medicine learn about educational pathways that lead to different careers, and Strengthen skills that will help you along your way
Requirements:
Incoming SFUSD high school junior Minimum GPA of 2.0 Able to attend entire program, July 19th –August 6th, Monday – Friday, 9 am – 4pm every day

SFO College Summer Interns Program
The SFO College Summer Interns Program is accepting applications! Please email MatchBridge if you are interested in applying!
Requirements
Must have completed at least 30 semester units or 45 quarter units by June 2011.
Must be enrolled in a degree program for fall 2011.
Alumni of the College Summer Interns Program may re-apply but cannot be considered for the same office the intern has previously interned with. This does not apply to intern alumni of other programs, like the High School Interns Program.
Deadline to apply: February 25, 2011
