Barbara Hoo
Barbara is the Business Development Specialist at MatchBridge. In her role, she collaborates and builds relationships with San Francisco employers creating employment opportunities and partnerships for MatchBridge.
Prior to working at MatchBridge, she was the Director of Career Development and Placement at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in San Francisco. It was here where her passion for helping young people fulfill their employment and career dreams was first ignited.
When Barbara is not in her role at MatchBridge, she is an independent marketing consultant, specializing in the retail and fashion industries. She obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing at New York University and Associate of Applied Science in Merchandising at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. She is a native of New York City and loves travel, good food, hanging out with friends and family, and practicing yoga.
